Sand Point Second Floor Bathroom Remodel

February 18th, 2013 by Curator

This Sand Point second floor bathroom remodel features a renovated footprint, along with a unique combination of color, surfaces and lighting.

Our design for this remodel called for removing an existing tub/shower combination that was replaced with a walk-in shower. We altered washer and dryer storage to accommodate new vanity and wall storage cabinet. The entry swing door was removed and replaced with a sliding pocket door.

New surfaces included stone tile for the floor, limestone counter-tops and painted walls. New lighting included recessed ceiling canisters and wall sconces. A vintage antique mirror was placed above the vanity.
